What are the consequences for incorrectly submitting an unemployment declaration...?

According to Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the deliberate entry by the subject of the declaration of knowingly inaccurate information into the declaration, if such information differs from reliable information in the amount of 500 to 2,000 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, is punishable by a fine of 3,000 to 4,000 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for a term from 150 to 240 hours or restriction of liberty for a term of up to 2 years, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to 3 years.

Deliberately entering false information into the declaration by the subject of the declaration, if such information differs from reliable information by more than 2,000 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, is punishable by a fine of 4,000 to 5,000 thousand non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens or community service for a period of 150 to 240 hours, or restriction of freedom for a term of up to 2 years, or deprivation of liberty for the same term, with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of up to 3 years.

In accordance with Part 4 of Art. 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, the submission of knowingly false information in the declaration entails the imposition of a fine from 1,000 to 2,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

If the declaration contains inaccurate information, which differs from reliable information by up to 100 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons, disciplinary measures may be applied to the subject.
