Am I obliged to look for housing on my own if I am a male refugee from Ukraine?

If I, as a male refugee from Ukraine, work in the Netherlands and have an income, am I obliged to find my own accommodation according to the latest decisions of the Dutch government? I am aware that the Netherlands has already exhausted its capacity to provide housing for refugees. Are there any exceptions to the protection of refugees' rights in this case?
