Am I entitled to compensation for transport inconvenience?

There was a nighttime drone attack in Kyiv, which caused damage to infrastructure and disruptions to public transport payment systems. This caused inconvenience to me when using the light rail and funicular. Do I have the right to claim compensation for these inconveniences?
