Questions about the competition to the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice

I want to apply for a vacancy at the Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, but I don't quite understand whether I have the right to participate in the competition if I have a higher legal education and experience in analytical work, but do not work in the judicial system? Do I need to have special experience working specifically in the anti-corruption court?
