Will the powers of the CEC change after the case with Andriy Parubiy?
I don't quite understand how the CEC recognized Tetyana Chornovol as an elected MP after the murder of Andriy Parubiy. Does this mean that the CEC has the authority to make decisions about replacing MPs in the event of their death? What other powers does the CEC have in such situations?
