Centennial Partnership Agreement

If a Ukrainian citizen has entered into a contract with a UK company, and now disputes arise regarding the performance of the contract terms, will I be able to resolve this issue in a Ukrainian court or do I need to apply to the UK courts under the new Centennial Partnership Agreement?
