Constitutionality of appealing the actions of an investigator

18.09.2025 10:25 • Question

I received a notification of suspicion of committing a criminal offense. My lawyer appealed to the court with a complaint about the inaction of prosecutors, but the court on October 2, 2024, refused to open proceedings on the complaint. Do I have the right to appeal the decision of the investigating judge during the pre-trial investigation, if Part One of Article 303 of the CPC contains an exhaustive list of decisions that can be appealed?
