Am I obligated to prove my innocence?
Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine states that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the law and established by a court verdict. How does this work in practice? Does this mean that I have to collect evidence of my innocence myself if a criminal case is opened against me?
