Do I have the right to refuse a transfer to another job?

The Law "On the Organization of Labor Relations in Martial Law" allows an employer to transfer an employee to another job without his consent in cases where it is necessary to eliminate the consequences of hostilities. But does this mean that I cannot refuse such a transfer if I consider it unjustified?
