Opening of bankruptcy proceedings

If a creditor has filed an application to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against an condominium association and substantiated its claims with primary documents drawn up during the period when persons whose powers have been revoked or declared invalid by court order acted on behalf of the condominium association, can I, as a creditor, count on my claims being satisfied?
