Am I entitled to compensation for property damage caused by the Russian strike?

I am interested in whether I am entitled to compensation for property damage caused by the Russian strike on the Kremenchuk Bridge. Road traffic has already been restored, but train traffic has been temporarily suspended. I would like to know what actions I need to take to receive compensation.
