Will the Convention on the Protection of the Profession of Lawyers affect my work as a lawyer?

I am wondering if, after signing and ratifying the Convention for the Protection of the Profession of Lawyers, my work as a lawyer will be more protected from interference and harassment? How will this affect my professional duties?
