Can land be returned if it was illegally alienated?

I want to know if it is possible to return a land plot if it was alienated as a result of a criminal scheme, which is mentioned in the article about the NABU's exposure of a scheme to seize 18 hectares of land worth over UAH 160 million. What are my actions in such a situation?
