Do you consider the mechanism for verifying the integrity of judges with the participation of foreign experts effective?

The article tells about foreign experts who will participate in the verification of the integrity of candidates for the positions of judges of the new Specialized District Administrative Court and the Specialized Administrative Court of Appeal. Some of these experts already had experience working in Ukraine, but questions arise about the results of their activities. Do you think that such a mechanism involving foreign experts will help ensure transparency and objectivity of the process of selecting judges?
