The Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Digital Affairs are launching the Brave1 grant competition for innovative AI developments, but what are the guarantees for protecting the intellectual property of the competition participants? Will their intellectual property not be used by the state without proper compensation? How can I be sure that my rights will be protected when participating in such a competition?
