Suspicion of the doctor

I am interested in whether a doctor who has been notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine can continue to work in his position during the investigation? I read a news story about a case in the Zhytomyr region, where a surgeon was declared suspicious due to the death of a patient after surgery. In your opinion, does it make sense to remove the doctor from his position in such a case?
