Constitutional complaint regarding the law on the judiciary

I want to know whether I, as a citizen of Ukraine, can challenge certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine if I believe that they violate my constitutional rights?
