Will a person who spreads false information about the war be held accountable?
I recently learned that the Rada will consider a bill on criminal punishment of civilians for publications insulting the military. I am interested in whether a person who spreads false information about the war will be held accountable if these publications do not contain a direct insult to military personnel, but harm the moral state of society?
