Can the detention of men who helped conscripts go abroad be considered legal?
I am interested in whether law enforcement officers have the right to detain people who help conscripts to leave Ukraine without following the established rules? I read the news that three men were exposed in Cherkasy region who, for money, organized unhindered departure from Ukraine for conscripts. They were reported on suspicion under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
