Is it possible to receive compensation for forced absenteeism after dismissal by agreement of the parties?

I learned about a case where the Cabinet of Ministers reinstated an employee, paid him compensation for forced absenteeism, and then dismissed him by mutual agreement. Does this mean that I can also receive compensation if I am dismissed by mutual agreement after being reinstated by a court decision?
