Will the adopted resolution of the Verkhovna Rada oblige to resume live broadcasts of meetings?

I want to know, if the Verkhovna Rada adopts a resolution on changes to the procedure for covering the work of the parliament, will this mean that live broadcasts of sessions will definitely be resumed?
