Can the weight reduction of Milka chocolates be considered a deceptive commercial practice?
I noticed that the manufacturer of Milka chocolates reduced the weight of the product, but left the packaging dimensions almost unchanged. Can such an action be considered a misleading commercial practice under Ukrainian law? What consequences can the manufacturer expect if its actions are recognized as misleading?
