Murder at the festival

In Ukraine, to prevent violent crimes during mass events, first of all, law enforcement measures are taken, such as enhanced protection of public order, identification and detention of offenders, as well as preventive actions by the organizers and administration of events. In addition, prevention and warning measures are applied, in particular, information and educational work and risk analysis, as well as measures to respond to already committed violent acts, including bringing the perpetrators to justice.
