Is it possible to appeal the decision of the HQCJ regarding motivation?
I am a judge and I am wondering if it is possible to appeal the decision of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine regarding the motivation of its decisions if I consider them insufficiently substantiated. I have heard that experts will train members of the HQCJ to properly motivate their decisions, but what to do with decisions that have already been made?
