For those who want to obtain a driver's license illegally, liability is provided under Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Such a violation is punishable by a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or probationary supervision for a term of up to two years, or restriction of liberty for the same term. And the forged document will be seized and destroyed.
