Are people who have changed their place of residence eligible for a subsidy?

I recently learned that the Pension Fund has automatically transferred subsidies to households with income changes of more than 50%. I am wondering if people who changed their place of residence this year will receive a subsidy and do they need to contact the Pension Fund?
