Can a judge appeal a decision of the High Council of Justice?
I follow the news about judges and their activities. I recently read about a case where a judge decided to resign from his position without working for a year. I am interested in whether a judge has the right to appeal the decision of the High Council of Justice regarding his dismissal or other issues related to his activities?
