Am I entitled to compensation for changes in transport operations?

In Kyiv, bus and trolleybus routes are changing on weekends due to food fairs. Am I entitled to compensation for inconvenience if I was affected by these changes? I was unable to get to work on time due to changes in the route of bus No. 33, which I usually use.
