Cancellation of the decision to reclaim land

If the land lease agreement is not signed, but the tenant paid the rent and actually used the land plot, can this be considered confirmation of the existence of a contractual legal relationship? In this case, do I need to prove that I did not sign the agreement, or does the defendant have to prove the emergence of a legal relationship between us under the lease agreement?
