If my salary in July was lower than the average for Ukraine, can the Pension Fund recalculate my future pension based on the new average salary data that was just released?

The amount of the pension is calculated at the time of its assignment, and it depends on your salary for previous years and insurance experience, and not on the current average salary in Ukraine. The new data on the average salary are used to calculate pensions that will be assigned after their publication, and not to recalculate pensions that have already been assigned.
