Do you consider it fair to restrict the participation of relatives of members of the HQCJ and the Supreme Judicial Council in competitions for judicial positions?

I wonder if you think it is fair that relatives of members of the High Qualification Commission for Judges and the High Council of Justice are being asked to limit their participation in competitions for judicial positions. Do you think this is necessary to ensure transparency and impartiality of the procedures?
