I am 20 years old and male. Do I need to have a military registration document to travel abroad during martial law, and if so, what are the consequences if I don't have one?

On August 26, the Cabinet of Ministers updated the procedure for crossing the state border. Now, men aged 18 to 22 will be able to leave Ukraine without hindrance during martial law. Men aged 18-22 will also need a military registration document, in addition to a passport, to travel abroad.
