Tax benefit for people with disabilities
As a person with a disability of group I, am I entitled to a tax social benefit in the amount of 150% of the subsistence minimum if my monthly income exceeds the amount equal to the subsistence minimum for an able-bodied person on January 1 of the reporting year, multiplied by 1.4?
