Will I be able to receive government support to create an industrial park?

The article states that the Government continues to implement the "Made in Ukraine" policy and expands the network of industrial parks. The Cabinet of Ministers has added six new industrial parks to the register, and it is planned to create more than 5 thousand jobs on an area of over 140 hectares. The state co-finances the development of industrial infrastructure of industrial parks. I want to create an industrial park, but I do not know if I will be able to receive state support. Am I entitled to it if I meet the conditions of the program regarding the ratio of public and private investments?
