Help for Ukrainian refugees in Poland

I am a Ukrainian refugee in Poland. Recently, the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, vetoed the law on social benefits and free medical care for unemployed Ukrainians. Do I have the right to expect anything after such a decision? Will anything change due to the European Commission's statement that member states themselves determine the amount of social benefits?
