If I transport my child in a car without a child seat and something happens to them, will this be considered negligent behavior on the part of the parents, like in the case of the Chinese family?

Driver's responsibility for transporting a child without a car seat:
Fine for the first violation – 510 UAH.
Repeated violation within a year – 850 UAH.
If a child is injured in an accident because there was no car seat, the driver may be held criminally liable.
