Hooliganism with a grenade

If someone threw a grenade near my house and was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, what further steps should I expect? Can such an act be classified as hooliganism under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine?
