Can the results of the HQCJ testing be appealed?

The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine has published the coded results of the testing of general knowledge in the field of law and knowledge of the specialization of the local general court. Does a test participant have the right to appeal his results if he believes that the assessment was conducted with violations? What appeal procedures are there?
