Are citizens who already receive assistance to low-income families entitled to additional basic social assistance if they meet the criteria?

In the first stage, from July 1, the right to apply for basic social assistance is granted to persons who already receive one of the following payments:
State social assistance to low-income families.
Child support for single mothers.
Assistance for children raised in large families.
