Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that his position on the withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Donbas has not changed and is based on the Constitution of Ukraine. Does Ukrainian legislation provide for liability for public calls to violate the territorial integrity of Ukraine during the war?
