Selection to the Supreme Judicial Council: the issue of transparency

Do you believe that the selection of candidates for the High Qualification Commission of Judges (HQCJ) is a sufficiently transparent and impartial process, especially given the participation of the Prosecutors' Council and the Bar Council of Ukraine?
