If an employee with a disability wishes to work part-time, can the employer refuse to establish such a work schedule?

According to Article 172 of the Labor Code, at the request of an employee with a disability or according to the requirements of his individual rehabilitation program, he may be assigned a part-time or part-time work schedule. Everything will depend on the agreement between the employer and the employee with a disability.
