What are the penalties for casino advertising?

According to Article 59 of the Law of Ukraine "On State Regulation of Activities Concerning the Organization and Conduct of Gambling Games":

1. Advertisers, advertising producers and/or advertising distributors for violating the requirements established by law for advertising gambling games, advertising trademarks, other objects of intellectual property rights under which activities for organizing and conducting gambling games are carried out, as well as other designations under which gambling games are conducted, shall be subject to a fine in the amount of 600 minimum wages.

2. Advertisers, advertising producers and/or advertising distributors shall be subject to a fine in the amount of 3 minimum wages at the request of the Authorized Body for failure to submit, untimely submission, or submission of knowingly inaccurate information provided for in Part Two of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".
