Lorina FedanReservation provides only a temporary reprieve from mobilization. After its cancellation, the CCC and the SP have the full right to serve the employee with a summons. After the expiration of the reservation period, provided that the enterprise does not extend the criticality, citizens are subject to the general mobilization procedure.
