I'm wondering if there are any legal restrictions on my husband traveling abroad during my pregnancy with my third child?

According to paragraph 3 of Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization", men who are dependent on three or more children under the age of 18 are entitled to a deferment. In fact, your husband currently supports two children. Pregnancy is not equated with the birth of a child, so your husband has legal restrictions on receiving a deferment and traveling abroad.
