Yes, it is possible. Your individual entrepreneur account may be blocked if you fail to pay the fine. The CCC transfers the cases to the enforcement service. The enforcement service gives 10 days to pay the fine and only in case of non-payment of the fine does the enforcement agent seize all property, including the accounts of the individual entrepreneur and the individual. If you decide to pay the fine, the seizure is lifted at the same time as the fine is paid and you can use the accounts.
