If the CCC requires your personal presence to consider your application for deferment, you must appear. You should have a copy of the application and all documents confirming the right to deferment with you. If you have already submitted an application but it was not accepted, or if they require your personal presence, you should contact the CCC with a written statement confirming the acceptance of your application for deferment, as well as a request to provide a response within the specified time frame.
