In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service", the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Military Service, Mobilization and Military Registration" and relevant by-laws, the procedure for passing and appealing decisions of the Military Service Commission is regulated by clear norms.
