What are my next steps if the police do not respond to my report of damage to my car that I saw but have no direct evidence of?

If you are a participant in administrative or criminal proceedings, a complaint (petition) against illegal actions/inaction of police officers is filed in accordance with the requirements of procedural legislation.
A complaint can also be made verbally by calling "102".
If the police still refuse to accept and register the application/complaint, you can contact any other law enforcement agency, which must transfer your complaint/application to the appropriate authority.
