Can I divide property with my wife without dissolving the marriage?

Spouses have the right to divide property that belongs to them under the right of joint ownership, regardless of the dissolution of the marriage (divorce).

The right to divide property regardless of divorce is expressly provided for in Article 69 of the Family Code of Ukraine.

It should be noted that the agreement on the division of real estate, as well as on the allocation of real estate, must be notarized.
